Ms. Małgorzata Dominiak joined the team of AOMB Polska on 16/04/2018.

She will work in the patents and utility models department in which she will deal with inventions related to biotechnology.

She holds a master degree in biotechnology from Technical University of Łódź (Poland) and a second master degree in environmental engineering from Aalborg University (Denmark). She also has a Ph.D. in biochemical engineering, which she gained at the Danish University of Technology, where she worked on the optimization of enzymatic extraction of plant polysaccharides from food industry waste. She gained her industrial experience by working in Denmark, where she focused on extraction of pectin from citrus peel, and testing it’s suitability as gelling agent and stabilizer in food products.

Currently, she is preparing to obtain both Polish and European Patent Attorney qualifications.

The knowledge and experience of Ms Małgorzata will allow us to extend a practice of inventions based on biotechnology solutions, which are increasingly appearing in our clients’ portfolio.
