21st edition of the Competition for the best scientific paper on intellectual property

We are pleased to announce that Marta Staudt, an patent attorney trainee, has been awarded in the 21st edition of the competition for the best scientific paper on intellectual property!

In the 21st edition of the competition organized by the Polish Patent Office in 2023, she received a honorable mention from the Minister of Education and Science for her master’s thesis entitled “ Legal Challenges Related to Registration of Trademarks and Designs Connected with the NFTs and the Metavers.”
