I am responsible for the entire area of human resources management, so my tasks are quite diverse: from HR matters and payroll control, through recruitment, training, employee evaluation, ensuring a healthy and engaging work environment, to ongoing support for employees and advising managers.

I have been working in HR for nearly 20 years, gaining experience in a wide variety of companies and environments: from global consulting, financial, and manufacturing companies to deep-tech start-ups. What brings me the most satisfaction is supporting people and teams in their development, building a healthy organizational culture, and implementing solutions that really work. I like it when HR makes sense and is practical, and when work brings joy—not just results. Privately, I am a mother of three boys, a bookworm (I would definitely take something to read to a desert island), and in my free time, I am a fan of regular training and maintaining balance in life.
