Advising in matters related to product protection via cummulation of IP rights with a specific focus on design, 3D trademarks and trade dress. She is an acknowledged IP scholar in Poland and abroad and a frequently invited speaker at conferences and workshops. Her publications are most influential and opinion-forming, including a reference recently made by the Advocate General of the CJUE in Doceram C- 395/16.

About myself
I enjoy wild nature and hiking in uncrowded places or swimming in warm seas. I am eager to learn new things about Asian cultures and especially admire the art of revealing the past within futuristic environment of great metropolis.
