Advice on matters related to intellectual property, in particular regarding applying for exclusive rights to trademarks and industrial designs and maintaining protection. Filing applications for renewal of industrial property rights, in particular trademarks and industrial designs, before the Polish Patent Office, EUIPO and WIPO. Conducting tests for the registrability of trademarks and industrial designs. Preparing opinions on industrial property rights, especially related to the right to trademarks and industrial designs. Conducting dispute proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO.
